Our curriculum is expertly designed to provide age-appropriate, skill-specific instruction, moving from fundamental techniques to game-realistic scenarios.
Ages 5-8 (Fundamentals)Building Blocks
Basic ready stance, proper hand positions (W & Scoop catches), introduction to footwork, ground diving technique, and communicating basic calls.
.Ages 9-11 (Developmental)Technical Refinement
Advanced handling of high balls and crosses, power diving and extension saves, rapid footwork drills (e.g., shuffling and drop-steps), and effective goal-kicks/punts.
Ages 12-14 (Advanced)Game Mastery
Decision-making in breakaways (closing the angle), positioning for various shot types, command of the penalty box, distribution under pressure, and developing leadership mentality..
